Welcome to Props Daily, operated by Props Daily, LLC (“Props Daily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Props Daily website, tools, odds data, player models, research features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Props Daily grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal research and entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• use Props Daily for any commercial, revenue-generating, or competitive purpose;
• resell, redistribute, publish, or repackage any odds data, EV outputs, projections, models, screenshots, or proprietary calculations;
• share your account or allow others to access your login;
• scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Service.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Props Daily.

Props Daily operates on a subscription model billed monthly or annually (“Subscription”).

• By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to automatically charge your payment method every billing cycle.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We may modify our pricing with notice before your next renewal.

Details on cancellations and refunds are described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and accessing your billing settings (for example, by selecting “Manage Billing” from your account or profile menu). When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

If you cancel within three (3) days of your first subscription purchase, you may email us at [email protected] to request a refund (minus any payment processing fees). This refund option is offered as a one-time courtesy for new customers only and is not available for subscription renewals or repeat subscriptions.

No refunds will be provided after this three-day window. Refunds will not be given for subscription renewal payments, as you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. Except as described above or where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

We may offer free trials at our discretion. Abuse of free trials (such as creating multiple accounts) is prohibited and may result in termination.

To use the Service, you must:

• be 18 years of age or older,
• provide accurate registration information,
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

Multi-accounting, shared accounts, or bypassing subscription limits may result in immediate termination.

Props Daily is an analytics and research platform, not a sportsbook or betting operator.

• We do not offer personalized betting advice.
• We do not guarantee profits or outcomes.
• All decisions you make with your sportsbook accounts are entirely your responsibility.

You agree that Props Daily, LLC is not liable for any financial loss or bets placed based on your interpretation of the data.

All algorithms, data, models, UI/UX designs, tools, charts, EV calculations, curated odds feeds, derivative values, and content displayed on the Service are the property of Props Daily, LLC.

You may not:

• copy, recreate, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service;
• extract or export data feeds;
• use Props Daily data to build competing products, tools, or analytics.

Any odds data, projections, tools, feeds, or analysis delivered behind your subscription paywall are considered Confidential Information.

You agree not to share, publish, screenshot, or redistribute this information.

This includes sharing in Discords, group chats, social media, or commercial products.

If you submit content (feedback, suggestions, bug reports, etc.), you grant Props Daily a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.

Props Daily may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics services).

We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

You agree not to:

• scrape, download, mirror, or copy the Service;
• harvest or automate odds or EV data;
• attempt to circumvent technical protections;
• engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior;
• use the Service for unlawful gambling activity.

Any violation may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

The Service and all data—including odds, projections, probabilities, and model outputs—are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

• data will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted;
• sportsbooks will match displayed odds;
• any model, probability, or EV value reflects true outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Props Daily is not liable for any financial loss, lost bets, damages, or indirect consequences arising from use of the Service.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed.

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly within the Service, you may submit a DMCA notice to [email protected] with all required details.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or for any behavior that harms PropsDaily, including data scraping, redistribution, or abuse.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
